Service Description

Believe it or not, we do offer brake rotor resurfacing! As long as your rotors are within spec to be resurfaced, we can get that done for you to help save your money. We do have to outsource this service so that does add a little more time to the appointment. If you plan to get your rotors resurfaced, please plan on leaving your vehicle with us for a minimum of 5 hours to complete the job. We choose from the best products while keeping your budget in mind so make sure to schedule your next brake service with us so we can keep you safe on the road!

Cancellation Policy

For diagnostics, we charge a minimum fee of $99.99 (before tax) upfront, before appointments. If more time is required to diagnose your vehicle, we will call receive authorization before adding the additional charge to your invoice. This fee covers the the first hour of diagnostics. Regarding diagnostic appointments - If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, you will only receive a 75% refund as we charge 25% for late cancellation. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment as we block time specifically for each individual customer. In an event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please be considerate of our time. However, we understand that life happens and sometimes we don't have the luxury of giving 48 hours notice. A phone call, text, or email to cancel/reschedule an appointment is much appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you!
