General Service/Repair Appointment

Service Description

Schedule an appointment with us to get what your car needs to run healthy again. Just give us as much information regarding why you want your car checked out and we will make sure to do everything we can to get you back on the road as quickly as possible! Please allot for 3 hours minimum for this appointment. Each appointment is different and may require more time or less so please be sure to plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

For diagnostics, we charge a minimum fee of $99.99 (before tax) upfront, before appointments. If more time is required to diagnose your vehicle, we will call receive authorization before adding the additional charge to your invoice. This fee covers the the first hour of diagnostics. Regarding diagnostic appointments - If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, you will only receive a 75% refund as we charge 25% for late cancellation. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment as we block time specifically for each individual customer. In an event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please be considerate of our time. However, we understand that life happens and sometimes we don't have the luxury of giving 48 hours notice. A phone call, text, or email to cancel/reschedule an appointment is much appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you!
