Service Description

Schedule an appointment to have our tech meet with you when purchasing a car! With our expertise, we can help you make an educated decision whether or not to purchase the car you're interested in. We can help whether it's a private party sale or a dealership sale! You can either bring the car to us or we can come to you as well. We require a base payment of $60 for this appointment to be paid at the scheduling of this appointment. If our tech has to travel more than 15 miles, an additional charge will need to be paid at the time of the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, a refund of only 75% will be returned as we charge 25% for short notice cancellation. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are more than happy to make that happen!

Cancellation Policy

For diagnostics, we charge a minimum fee of $99.99 (before tax) upfront, before appointments. If more time is required to diagnose your vehicle, we will call receive authorization before adding the additional charge to your invoice. This fee covers the the first hour of diagnostics. Regarding diagnostic appointments - If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, you will only receive a 75% refund as we charge 25% for late cancellation. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment as we block time specifically for each individual customer. In an event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please be considerate of our time. However, we understand that life happens and sometimes we don't have the luxury of giving 48 hours notice. A phone call, text, or email to cancel/reschedule an appointment is much appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you!
